The property has a real authentic Italian feel, our host was amazing she was so friendly and accommodating and gave us lots of local information. It was so refreshing to have that personal feel you don’t always get with large hotel chains. She made our beds every day and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay and she does all this herself with no help! The Italian breakfast was lovely and kept us going way past lunch time. The property is at the quieter end of Florence within walking distance of the main centre and the train station is a 10-15 walk away.

This is an authentic italian house with vintage furniture and decorations. It is very well located near the city center but in a quiet street. The room was clean ans beds were very comfortable, temperature perfect for sleeping. I liked the small little garden outside where a cat and turtle were living as well. The owner was very nice and helpful, she served breakfast every morning and provided recommendations for getting around. I can definitely recommend the place! I think the value for money is very good. If you like authenticity and vintage then this is for you.

The best part was the staff for breakfast. He was so upbeat, friendly and pleasant serving us that each day began with a smile. Plus the breakfasts were a good size including yogurt and cereal. Loved the double espressos. The room was comfortable and very quiet. Although it wasn’t in the busy central area, it was was very quiet but only a 15 min walk to the Duomo. Great location! The BnB is full of books to peruse, a couple of guitars and a piano to play and all sorts of interesting things to look at. In fact we were sad to leave this place.

The first and most important thing I like about this hotel is the staff! They welcomed us at the door which is something extraordinary for someone staying in Italy 😁 they were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really sufficient, not typical Italian breakfast just Cornetto+coffee. There were these two of course but many other choices, too. The room was spacy and clean, although the A/C didn't work properly it was cool enough. The location is good enough, a little walking distance to the train station.

Very cozy and clean. There is a nice atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. The area is very close to all the popular spots but not too close to where people hang out (so it was quiet at night). The owner was very easy to contact, when we had an issue with the booking (problem on our side). Breakfasts were served to us instead of the buffet which helped us to relax and have a slow morning. Good coffee and tasty croissants!
